These terms and conditions govern the sale of refurbished and used gaming PCs through 2sgaming.ch.

1. Seller

2. Products

We offer two categories: "Refurbished" (cleaned, fresh thermal paste, stability-tested by us) and "Used" (resold as-is after a functional check). Condition and configuration are described on each product page. For used products, photos are for illustration only — the unit delivered may differ slightly in appearance.

3. Prices and availability

All prices are in CHF. Offers are subject to availability.

4. Warranty

Under Swiss law (Art. 199 CO), the refurbished and used products sold on this site are sold without seller warranty for defects, except for defects we intentionally concealed (fraud, Art. 199 CO), for which our statutory liability remains. Every unit is tested and checked before shipping.

Optional extended warranty: at checkout, you may add a 12-month extended warranty for CHF 99.– per unit. It covers hardware failures under normal use (excluding accidental damage, liquid damage, drops, unauthorised third-party repairs, and normal wear of consumables). In case of a covered failure, we repair or replace the unit at our discretion. This extension is an optional paid service, separate from the statutory warranty.

If a unit is returned — whether or not the issue is covered by the warranty — return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except where the return is due to our error (product not matching the order) or to a defect we intentionally concealed under Art. 199 CO.

5. Delivery

We deliver exclusively within Switzerland and Liechtenstein (no international shipping). Orders are shipped via Swiss Post (insured parcel). Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

We decline all liability for damage occurring to the parcel during transit. To limit this risk, every unit is shipped in its original box with maximum protection, coordinating with Swiss Post where needed. Any parcel that is visibly damaged on receipt must be reported immediately to the carrier (noted on the delivery slip) and via our contact page.

6. Payment

Payment is made by card and/or TWINT (depending on availability) via our payment provider Stripe at checkout, or by bank transfer where that option is offered. Orders are confirmed only once payment is received.

7. Right of withdrawal

Unlike EU law, Swiss law does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal for distance sales. A paid order is final, subject to the warranty and extended warranty terms above. For any question about your order, please use our contact page.

8. Data protection and cookies

This site only uses strictly necessary technical cookies (cart, language preference, admin session, remembering your cookie consent) — no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, [place to be completed], Switzerland.
